MST will take on any job, but our speciality is bathrooms. In the world of renovations, bathrooms are often overlooked as homeowners tend to focus on larger areas such as kitchens, but a functional and beautiful bathroom can turn an ordinary house into a gem. Conversely, a luxurious house with an old or substandard bathroom lowers the overall appeal of the property and makes day-to-day living much less enjoyable. MST takes a comprehensive approach to the bathroom renovation process.
MST is also happy to offer renovation and remodeling services for every other room in your house. Our employees have a combined 100+ years of renovation experience, having completed thousands of jobs for satisfied clients all over the GTA.
MST ensures that the entire process from start to finish runs as smoothly as possible. While unexpected events tied to the preexisting design or structure of the house can occur from time to time, our meticulous planning combined with our open-door policy and commitment to transparency and customer service makes such eventualities innocuous. So how does this all work?
Contact us via phone or email, and we will set up a meeting (in-person or virtual) to determine your wants and needs, and to confirm that your vision of any future work is aligned with our expertise and your preferred timeline. The initial meeting will also provide us with some additional information concerning the aim or end goal of your renovation plans; whether you want the work for yourself or to increase your home value in preparation for a sale can significantly alter final costs, especially related to materials used and the desired degree of craftsmanship (this is particularly relevant for some of the most aesthetic areas of a house, such as mouldings, painting, and carpentry).
We will then provide you with a free estimate and a Scope of Work. If the terms within these documents are deemed acceptable, a formal contract will be signed by both parties, and the work will commence at a predetermined date.
As the work progresses, we will stick to the terms of the contract, but any additional work can be suggested and added (for additional cost) if you change your mind or decide to expand on your original plans before the work is completed (any additional work will be subject to a new contract, and timelines/scheduling will also be adapted as needed).
Once the work is completed, our crews will ensure that all work areas are spotless and ready for imminent use.
An invoice will be provided, allowing you X amount of days until being considered past due. We are also receptive to any comments or questions after job completion and will do our best to alleviate any concerns you might have (within reason). Our open-door policy remains active even after your job is complete!
